The staff was very nice and got me in and out fast!

Didn't have to wait all to be seen. I got my teeth clean and the lady was so nice. She didn't sound rude while she was telling me how to take care of my teeth better. Only thing I was a little concern is that the front desk did not verified with me if my address or insurance had change. I had to tell her. Other then that amazing services!!

This is the best place to get your teeth cleaned, this is my second time going there I love it already I wish I knew that place earlier I could have my braces done there, the people who worked there are so nice and friendly you feel home when you go to Fenton Family Dental I strongly recommend people going there. Best place they taking good care of you and at the end they always give you a little gift bag.

Have had great experience so far with this Silver Spring dentist's office. I have only needed routine cleanings and x-rays for the 3-4 years I have been using them (fortunately!) but the service and professionalism have been top notch. Easy to get a convenient app't time, and the hygenist by the name of Claire does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth and checking to be sure she isn't hurting me while she works. Paid parking in the building is a plus as well.

All my years I have had the fear and a bad experience with the dentist until I started Fenton Family Dental. From the time I walked in until I left, everyone was very nice and supportive of my fear and needs. Also, I appreciate the dentist showing me all options to have healthy teeth. No other place for me!!!!

Dr. Andrew Schliep and the FFD team are careful, kind, and punctual. My wife and I have been going for years, and we've always received excellent care in this state of the art clinic which is clean and conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring, with a parking structure attached for which FFD validates. Great people art a great place!

Always fast and friendly service at Fenton Family dental. The front line staff is very welcoming, especially the young lady Meseret. The office is clean and my son said that the dentist was very gentle while cleaning his teeth. Love love love it here!!!!

The staff was very professional and the wait wasn't very long. My only hope is that after the cleaning the actual dentist would do a double check to be sure the cleaning is a thorough.

Everyone is respectful and helpful. They only recommend what's necessary and work with you to find a solution to any issue that may arise.

I've always had a pleasant and pain free experience at Fenton Family Dental. The office staff are friendly caring and professional, as are the doctors on call. Dr. Crawfords' offices are clean, light and airy and the OR's are state of the art.

I had to get my scale cleaning with my top braclets on. I had to pre-Medicaid before my procedure. However, once I knew what was going to happen with shots in my gums I was scared though. However, I have other health issues and I ask the assistant dentist, what was all the medication for due to the shots in y gums. Requested to speak with the dentist so they can excomplain my procedures however I was still scared. She came right in and tak with me so that I can feel comfortable and she knew about my health condition. Also, let me know how much medicine they would be giving me in my gums and to insure me that I would be alright and she made sure I was. I was nervous about the needle being shot in my gums it was 3 times on the right and then 3 on the left side to my bottom theeth. The young lady allow me to hold her hands during the time I was getting my medication with the needle. I was so numb and still scared but once she told me that I could ask any questions about my procedure and that it is needed so I could have healthily theeth. However I have bracelets on the top teeth, so within 2 weeks I must go back and get the top done. After they Finish my procedure I was sore they did a great job and I truly recommend anyone to try them out. Will be making my son appt. The numbness went away and my mouth back to normal and feeling good. I will be ready in 2 weeks for my top teeth could be done now that I know what to expect I should be alright. i would like to thank everyone for working so hard to handle my concerns with so much positivity and show me they truly care about their customers. I haven't had this type of customer services in a long time. So professional, when it comes to concerns and getting answers to your questions. They didn't rush me to make a decision she just explain to me in a way that I understood what was going to happen. Truly appreciate your kindness.......scale 1-10, I would give this Fenton Dentist a (10), on 7/28/@ 11:30am.

I love Fenton Family Dental! They have the most professional staff, the office is clean and sterile and if you need an early morning (like me) appt or late evening or even weekends, they can accommodate you. Dr. Crawford is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable.

This is an EXCELLENT dental practice! The great customer service started this morning the second I opened the door to the lobby with the welcoming administrative staff. Diamond, dental assistant, was especially cheerful & professional... if no one else had been as kind as Diamond, I still would've left being pleased with my experience. But don't worry because Claire, my new hygienist, was professional & checked in with me frequently to make sure my sensitive teeth were OK. Dr. Crawford topped my visit with his genuineness & downright coolness. I recommend Fenton Dental to anyone who has teeth - seriously! :-)

Dr. Crawford is literally the BEST dentist I've ever worked with. I've moved through several states and I've seen my good share of dentists over the years but for me there's no comparison. I saw Dr. Crawford for my first crown 7yrs ago when I moved down to the DMV area and I've never had to look elsewhere since. Unlike the experiences below...what made Dr. Crawford standout for me started with his follow-up after the procedure to make sure everything was going well and to make sure I had no questions which made me feel as more than a dollar sign. Something very simple but it left a very big impression on me since I've never seen that from a dentist before. Neatness to say...I think very highly of Dr. Crawford and the great work he does and I recommend him every chance I get to family an friends.

Yesterday was my first visit. It was easy to make my appointment. The staff is very professional, but warm. They put me to ease quickly. The office is clean with spacious and well organized exam rooms. I was very satisfied with my exam and cleaning.
